A promo film for GAP Academy — a Groningen company that helps people without a job or a diploma retrain and land real work in tech.
GAP takes people who've been overlooked and gives them a route into the tech industry in the north of the Netherlands. I made a film that puts faces to that mission — the people doing the training, and what a second chance actually looks like.
